Helpful Information

What’s your cancellation and exchange policy?

We offer full refunds and exchanges up to 48 hours before a scheduled tour begins. Refunds and exchanges are not available after that cut off.

How much walking is there on the tours?

All of our tours include less than one mile of leisurely walking.

How much food is served?

Our tours include 5 tastings over 3 hours. Our goal at the end of the tour is for you to be pleasantly full.

Are there drinks included on the tours?

Our standard tours are alcohol free, however, we offer options for alcohol pairings upon request.

What’s the best way to get to the tour starting location?

There are street parking options and paid parking lots near the starting location for all of our tours.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate vegetarians but are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free diets on our tours. 

Please be sure to include any food allergies when booking your ticket so substitutions can be arranged in advance.  We are unable to make last-minute substitutions as food is pre-ordered with our restaurant partners.

Are gratuities included for the guide?

No. If you felt your tour guide did a great job, please feel free to show your appreciation with a tip.  Tips usually follow standard service industry gratuity at 15-20%.

What should I wear on my tour?

We encourage guests to wear comfortable walking shoes.  Tours run rain, snow or shine, so be sure to check the weather and plan to bring a warm coat, umbrella or sunscreen depending on the day.

Are there bathrooms on the tour?

Yes. Most tasting stops will have a bathroom, which your tour guide will point out.

Are kids allowed on tours?

Yes, children are welcome.  However, please note that these tours are 3 hours in length and include walking and standing, which may not be appropriate for some children.
